For many years I worked as a private home carer, supporting people through some of life's most vulnerable moments. I loved being able to make someone's day a little brighter, whether that was through a chat, a helping hand or simply making them feel cared for.

For many years I worked as a private home carer, supporting people through some of life's most vulnerable moments. I loved being able to make someone's day a little brighter, whether that was through a chat, a helping hand or simply making them feel cared for.
It was during that time that I discovered the incredible power of therapeutic touch. I wanted to offer people something that went beyond practical care—something that allowed them to completely switch off, feel nurtured and reconnect with themselves.
Training as a massage therapist changed everything.
The more I learned, the more I saw the difference massage could make, not just to aching muscles but to stress, anxiety and overall wellbeing. Watching someone arrive feeling tense and leave looking lighter, calmer and more themselves never stops being rewarding.
Today, Autumn Sunshine Massage has grown into a business I'm incredibly proud of. I welcome women to my peaceful therapy room and also offer mobile massage for those who prefer to relax in the comfort of their own home.
Over the years, I've continued to develop my skills and now offer a range of treatments, including Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Holistic Massage and Menopause Massage. Every treatment is tailored to you because no two women, or their needs, are ever the same.
